When you arrive for your first visit, please have printed and completed all insurance and health information forms found on our website, Patient and Parent Forms, which will allow us to begin your child's dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office. Your child's initial exam will last approximately 45 minutes. Oral hygiene instructions will be provided along with suggestions to help you care for your child's teeth. In most cases, we will also clean your child's teeth on this first visit and provide an evaluation that will outline any existing dental problems and proposed treatment.
